We are proud to offer shipping services worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Please see our contact page for more details on how to reach out.

 

For a quick overview we have divided the time frame for order delivery into two parts:

  • Processing time: Most of our items will ship out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Some orders may take 1–3 days depending on the time of year, weekends and holidays etc.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be posted/shipped from our location to your destination. AUS, NZ & other international delivery usually takes about 5–20 business days. US orders after processing and leaving the warehouse, usually take between 5 and 14 days to arrive at your destination. Sometimes it can take longer from time to time. For a more detailed description please see below.

Shipping Cost?

  • For All Prints, Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout (before you pay) based on your address and chosen shipping method. Rates vary depending on location and size of your purchase.
  • For Original Paintings, Custom Commissions, or payment plans, please send us your shipping address for a shipping quote. Shipping will be charged separately after purchased in full.

 

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses will be shipped in parcels, by ePacket, EMS or USPS depending on the weight and size of the products.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we may be unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us and we will see if there is anything we can do.

 

How long does shipping take?

Please refer to the table below for various shipping times.  Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check and make sure your address is correct.

Please, note that some of our providers are located on the other half of the world, that is why some products may take up to one month to arrive to destination

 

Do you offer returns?

Original Artwork and Commisions
All artwork purchases are final and non-refundable 

Prints
If you’re not completely satisfied, email Art@daniellegregory.com.au to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving the piece. All returns & exchanges are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus all shipping charges.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. However some smaller items wont come with a tracking device.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This does not cost you any extra.
